Meet Katerina in Montenegro
Hello from a girl who changed so many cities, countries and occupations by the age of 33 y.o. But one thing remained same — love for photography.
Born and raised in a small town in the south of Russia, I was dreaming about travelling around the world. And while I was getting there, photography helped me to do so in my fantasies. I loved taking pics with my parents` kodak when you could see the shot right away. Then a little camera with a film, when you had to wait for days to finish it, then were excited to look at the picture from the photo studio.
Through the years I keep this excitement of admiring the results after photo sessions and getting great feedback from my clients. I specialize in lifestyle photography meaning that posing is minimized. There are no models or fake emotions on my pictures. That`s when we go on a walk around town together, I pick locations in accordance with the session concept, help you to find a better spot and the best angles. I will help you to feel at ease even if you are a camera-shy. It can be in a cosy cafe, on one of pleasant beaches in Tivat or in one of other places nearby, like Budva, Kotor and many beautifull villages in between.
Whether you are an individual, a couple or family I will help you to find the best setting for the photoshoot and make it a memorable experience. Together we will turn it into highlight of your Montenegrin visit.
How much does a photosession cost?
I understand that you can have different interests and wishes regarding session. I have a few options giving you an opportunity to choose a package reflecting your ideas the most.
In case you have something different from these options on your mind, feel free to contact me and we will negotiate the conditions.
How many pictures will I get?
The amount of pictures you will get depends on the package you choose. There is an option to order professionally edited shots exceeding the package amount. One additional picture — 5 euros.
How many pictures will I get at the end?
The amount of pictures you get depends on the package you choose. Also you can order additional shots exceeding this amount. I will gladly edit them for you at additional cost of 5 euros per picture.
Will I get edited pictures?
Sure, I make professional editing of the pictures included in the chosen package. It includes skin irritation, redness or other imperfections that distract attention from people on pictures. Plus some other tricks to highlight your beauty.
Please, note, I am not doing plastic surgeries meaning I will not reduce kilos or change your shape, though I can. It is just against my nature as an artist and principles as a psychologist.
With all my love for people I try to make you feel comfortable during our work together, loved and admired. So that you just forget about everything you may worry about in general.
However, please, do share any concerns you may have regarding the way you have looked on pictures before. And we will try to change it together.
Where and how is it going to happen?
Classic photosession takes place in town. I call it photo-walk as this format allows to make it feel like a regular walk for the clients, with a nice conversation when we gonna get to know each other a bit better.
We agree on the meeting point which can be a cosy cafe where we can start our art making. Then I will take you around to some nice places choosing interesting angles, making sure you will get cool and diverse shots at the end. There will be close-ups, medium shots, full-body portraits and other creative options.

Why we should do it together?
There are many photographers in the country, I know that. What I also know is that we will spend great time together while making your dream photos coming true.
It will be a little journey for us, you and me. On the way gonna chat and laugh, get to know each other. I`m an easygoing person and good companion. I`ll share some stories and interesting facts about Montenegro and Balkans, locals. Maybe about my own life as I lived and worked in many places, spent a few years working on cruise ships in Europe meaning I have quite a bunch of thrilling and funny stories from my experience.
While enjoying each others company I`ll make you feel comfortable and open for our photo experiences. It will be more like a friends gathering when you can trust me and just relax mastering Polako.
I can guarantee that you will get not only great but also diverse shots. I`ll make close ups, head shots, medium and wide ones. I always make sure that I used as many as possible art tricks like different angles, framing, lining and others to make standout portraits.
